About: Boqueria Restaurant, located at 45 West Main St, Blue Back Square, is a lively Spanish tapas bar part of an upscale restaurant group with 10 locations across the East Coast. Inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of Barcelona’s ‘Kioskos’ near ‘El Mercado de la Boqueria,’ Boqueria offers tempting versions of classic Spanish tapas and small plates made with the season’s best products, fostering a spirit of connection and sharing among diners.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong beverage knowledge (spirits, wine regions, varietals, flavor profiles); passion for drinks, food, and service; understanding of restaurant operations and services; team player with a good sense of humor, at least 18 years old
