Position: Bartender job
About: Ruby Tuesday is currently seeking a skilled and responsible Bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the bar area and dining room following Ruby Tuesday recipes and standards. The role involves providing food service to guests in the bar area and meeting or exceeding sales performance objectives set by management.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; No prior work experience required; Ability to provide friendly guest service, prepare mixed drinks, handle food properly, and comply with alcohol serving regulations; Proficient in cash handling and credit card transactions; Familiarity with operating office equipment, attentive to details and organized; Excellent communication and time management skills; Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure
