About: Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a Bartender to be the cornerstone of guest service, providing a memorable experience and setting the stage before guests move to their tables. The role at Hard Rock Cafe entails being a tour guide, communicator, showman, decision-maker, memorabilia curator, and at heart, a musician. Responsibilities include making drinks to spec recipe, demonstrating responsible alcohol service, serving food, handling payments, maintaining bar cleanliness, and entertaining guests to create exceptional experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience; completion of a food safety certification program in some U.S. states; ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments; highly organized with attention to detail; friendly and positive attitude towards guests
