Position: Bartender job

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Bartender in a high-volume setting, preferred; Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays; Valid alcohol certification; Following recipes, including measuring and mixing ingredients; Preparing ingredients for service, including cutting, peeling, stuffing, etc; Labeling & stocking all bar ingredients & garnishes so they are organized & easily accessible; Operating equipment and bladed tools following safety standards; Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written); Elevated knowledge of wine, spirits and beer; Experience serving food; Ability to describe & make menu recommendations; Highly developed interpersonal skills; Basic bookkeeping knowledge; Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems; High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods; Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards; Executing opening and closing procedures; Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
