Position: Bartender job
About: Ruby Tuesday is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bartender to join their team. The Bartender prepares and serves a variety of beverages to guests in the bar and dining areas, ensuring adherence to company recipes, standards, and procedures.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Ability to provide friendly guest service; Knowledge of preparing mixed drinks and beverages; Understanding of food handling and serving techniques, as well as alcohol serving regulations; Proficient in cash handling and credit card transactions; Ability to operate office equipment and maintain attention to detail; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Effective communication and listening skills; Flexible schedule availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
