About: Modern tapas, world-renowned Valencian paella, and overflowing hospitality in the heart of Downtown Ann Arbor. The establishment is a restaurant seeking a Bartender to provide exceptional guest experiences at the bar.
Requirements: 2+ years of craft cocktail bar experience; Ability to memorize exact recipes and follow proper portioning of ingredients; Ability to execute in a high volume atmosphere; Ability to take direction and work in a team environment; Attention to detail; Unwilling to compromise on our standards or accept shortcuts; Consistent in performance and reliability; Experience crafting cocktails
