Position: Bartender job
About: This position is within Commander Navy Region Hawaii, Fleet and Family Readiness Programs, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Tradewinds or other locations. The role involves providing beverage service in a dining room, bar/lounge facility, directly serving patrons, handling payments, operating cash registers, making change, and maintaining customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to mix and serve limited varieties and brands of beverages; knowledge of beverage preparation proportions; skills in identifying and managing intoxicated or unruly patrons; experience in collecting payments and reconciling tabs; physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift objects up to 40 lbs, work inside with adequate conditions, good communication skills, be at least 21 years old, proficient in English both verbally and in writing, meet Federal employment suitability requirements including a successful background investigation.
