Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to take written and verbal direction in English; skilled in mixing a wide variety of drinks; proficient in operating bar equipment including cash register, dishwashers, and ovens; strong customer service and communication skills; capable of handling difficult situations with professionalism; adept at bar opening and closing procedures; physically able to move efficiently around the bar area and work in a fast-paced environment; flexible availability including weekends and holidays; willingness to obtain and maintain necessary certifications as per Company standards
