Position: Bartender job
About: Marcus Theatres is seeking a Bartender to provide superior service and enhance the guest experience in a fast-paced environment, following established guidelines. This position is a part of the Marcus Theatres Food and Beverage team, ensuring a clean and safe work environment for guests and associates.
Requirements: Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; willing and motivated to learn new skills and tasks; flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; a minimum of six (6) months of work experience; ability to learn and use the Aloha Point Of Service System; accuracy in transactions and cash-handling skills; ability to obtain relevant training certificate and/or licensure; ability to follow cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices
