Position: Bartender job
About: SMG-SAVOR, a hospitality company known for providing exceptional guest experiences at various entertainment venues, is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Barback/Bartender to join their team.
Requirements: Strong verbal communication; personable and guest service driven; self-motivated with professional demeanor; pass a short bartending test; good customer service skills with the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty; follow all SMG-SAVOR policies and procedures; availability to work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; previous bartending experience preferred; must be at least 19 years of age; must be able to pass a credit check; excellent guest service skills with the ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance; basic math skills with the ability to count change and balance bank; ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training; effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with guests and receive orders; highly motivated with the ability to take initiative, effectively work with others, and work in a fast-paced environment; ability to stand and remain stationary for the entire length of shift; constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions; frequent lift, push, or pull items and objects weighing up to 50 lbs; may be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season; moderate to extreme exposure to noise during events; may be exposed to vibrations caused by extreme noise during events; may be exposed to strobe lights/lasers during events; may be exposed to chemicals when cleaning locations
