About: Ojos Locos is a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant outlet with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bartenders at Ojos Locos are responsible for providing beverage and food service efficiently, accurately, and consistently in a team environment. Key responsibilities include interacting with and entertaining guests, adhering to image and costume guidelines, preparing beverages according to specifications, verifying guests’ drinking age, operating a POS system, monitoring guests for intoxication, and maintaining a clean work area.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred; strong ability to work quickly and accurately in a team environment; knowledge of beverage preparation and service protocols; proficiency in operating a POS system; ability to handle cash and credit transactions; keen attention to detail; excellent communication and customer service skills
