As a Bartender at The Capital Grille, the role involves demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area by mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Responsibilities also include helping guests choose menu items, taking orders, ensuring bar cleanliness and stock maintenance, and adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bartending preferred; strong knowledge of drink mixing and cocktail recipes; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
