About: Benihana, located at 18601 Hubbard Dr, is looking for a Beverage Server/Barback. As a Bartender at Benihana, you will be responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately preparing and responsibly serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. You will follow standard recipes, mix ingredients, prepare cocktails and other drinks, offer and serve food items to guests, collect payment for drinks served, and maintain the bar area clean, sanitary, and organized. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Beverage Server/Barback preferred; strong knowledge of mixing drinks and offering food items to guests; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area
