Position: Bartender job
About: ASM Global is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The position involves mixing drinks to order, serving guests, and maintaining knowledge of all bar drinks and wines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Strong verbal communication; personable and guest service driven; self-motivated with professional demeanor; ability to pass a short bartending test; good customer service skills and the ability to enhance guest loyalty; must follow all SMG-SAVOR policies and procedures; availability to work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; previous bartending experience preferred; must be at least 19 years of age; must be able to pass a credit check; excellent guest service skills; basic math skills; ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training; effective communication skills; highly motivated with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment; ability to stand and remain stationary for the entire length of shift; physical ability for constant standing, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs; may be exposed to variable temperatures, noise, vibrations, strobe lights/lasers, and chemicals during events
