About: Ojos Locos is a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant outlet with a focus on guest satisfaction, seeking a Bartender to provide beverage and food service efficiently while working in a team environment. The role includes adhering to Image & Costume guidelines, entertaining guests, and ensuring fast and efficient drink service for customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a similar role preferred; proficiency in operating a POS system and handling cash/credit transactions; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to monitor guests for intoxication and follow appropriate protocols; proficiency in bar setup, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness; flexibility to perform various tasks as needed
