Position: Bartender job
About: TGI Fridays Inc. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bartender to join their team, dedicated to providing guests with a vibrant dining experience in a fun and safe environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the guests receive top-notch service and enjoy delicious food and beverages prepared and served with care and efficiency.
Requirements: Must be dressed neatly and well-groomed in the company-approved dress code at all times; must be able to mix drinks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; must follow standards of Responsible Service of Alcohol; must meet local jurisdiction requirements, including obtaining required certifications; must be able to operate POS system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions; must be able to calmly respond to guest inquiries and concerns and promptly escalate to a manager when necessary; must be able to pass initial and annual validations; must be able to respond clearly to guests’ requests; must have good hearing to communicate effectively in noisy environments; must be able to lift and carry 30 lb. cases short distances; must be able to stand for the entire shift; must be able to reach, bend, stoop, shake, stir, and wipe when necessary
