Position: Bartender job
About: Atlas Restaurant Group, a fast-growing company in Baltimore that cares about the city, is seeking a dedicated Bartender to join their team. The role involves greeting customers, learning about their preferences, recommending menu items, preparing and serving beverages and food, upselling items, creating recipes, and maintaining cleanliness.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience required; meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol; dependability; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; basic math and computer skills; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; team player is a must; strong task and time management abilities; eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques; ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
