Requirements: One or more years of customer service experience; Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older if required by applicable law; Food handling certificate where applicable; Certificate in alcoholic awareness program where applicable; Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Strong organization, multi-tasking, time management, and customer service skills; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
