Position: Bartender job
About: HMSHost at Portland International Airport is seeking a Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will be responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, preparing cocktails and other drinks, serving beverages, communicating with management and fellow staff, ensuring quality service, and following all company policies and procedures. This role typically reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager based on local requirements at the airport location in Portland, Oregon.
Requirements: Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages; at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience preferred; knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; ability to interact in a friendly and outgoing manner; lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; cash handling and customer service experience preferred; familiarity with sanitation standards in a bar environment
