Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible and long hours sometimes required; ability to stand during entire shift; effective communication skills with all levels of employees and guests; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; attend all required meetings and trainings; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe operations; able to handle and solve problems efficiently; maintain confidentiality; show initiative in anticipating guest needs; willingness to cross-train in various hotel areas.
