About: AT&T Hotel’s F&B Team is seeking a Bartender for Gabriel’s Restaurant, owned by UT Austin, and managed by Compass Group North America. The establishment offers a dynamic work environment with diverse growth opportunities and a commitment to fair and consistent treatment of all associates.
Requirements: Must have 1-3 years of bartending experience; current TABC and Food Handler’s Certification; weekday and weekend availability; ability to work during Football Weekends; experience with standard mixed drinks, wines, and beers; proficiency in preparing cocktails and drinks to match customer orders; skilled in quick and accurate drink preparation; ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register; knowledge of responsible alcohol service and liquor inventory management; capability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area; proficient in customer service and serving food at the bar
