Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in hotel or a related field preferred; flexible schedule with the ability to work long hours when necessary; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; effective communication skills verbally and in writing; strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; excellent problem-solving skills; willingness to attend all required meetings and trainings; commitment to maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming; ability to maintain confidentiality and show initiative in guest and operational needs; must be able to cross-train in other hotel-related areas
