About: Benihana is seeking a Bartender responsible for positive guest interactions and accurately preparing and serving beverages in a friendly and efficient manner. This role involves following standard recipes, mixing ingredients, preparing cocktails, serving food items, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Requirements: 1-2 years’ experience in bartending preferred; Previous experience with Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi and sake preferred; Basic understanding of wine, spirits, and sake preferred; Must be certified in Responsible Alcohol Service by applicable agency; Must be 21 years of age or older (based on state law); High school diploma or GED preferred
