About: Smokin Fins is a seafood grill restaurant dedicated to providing quality seafood dishes with an innovative menu that includes original recipes, burgers, and sandwiches. They prioritize using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible and offer a diverse menu influenced by Asian, Mexican, and Northwest cuisines. Requirements: Be 19 years of age; TIPS Certified; Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests; Must be able to work unsupervised; Must be available to work between the hours of 10:00 am to 1:00 am; Must have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system; Must be able to stand and work for up to 4 hours at a time; Must be able to perform repetitive motion work without the assistance of restraints, braces, or other encumbrances that limit range of motion or physical activity; Must be able to lift, move and shelve products and materials weighing up to 50 lbs; Must be able to work in temperatures exceeding 85°F for extended periods of time; Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed; Be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment; Must possess qualities like adaptability, planning, problem-solving, teamwork, and multi-tasking; Must have above-average drink knowledge of spirits, wine & beer and how to prepare cocktails from line-build to garnish; Be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule.
