Requirements: Must take and pass all required training courses and assessments; promptly greet and respond to guests’ needs; share the Hawkers story and service method; check guest IDs for compliance; prepare beverages for guests and bar; restock supplies, maintain bar cleanliness, handle payments securely, take orders, make recommendations, perform side work, and be a team player; obtain Alcohol Serving Certification and adhere to compliance standards; be 18-21 years old based on local/state laws.
