Position: Bartender job
About: Benihana is seeking a Bartender responsible for positive guest interactions, accurately preparing and serving beverages, following standard recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, mixing drinks, checking IDs, handling payments, and ensuring bar equipment is well-maintained. The Bartender also serves food, demonstrates menu knowledge, and participates in bar setup and breakdown.
Requirements: 1-2 years’ experience in bartending preferred; previous experience with Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi and sake preferred; basic understanding of wine, spirits, and sake preferred; must be certified in Responsible Alcohol Service; must be 21 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED preferred
