Requirements: Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment; extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system; must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment; certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law)
