Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; positive attitude, punctuality, great customer care, and keen restaurant instincts; willingness to use all bar tools including jiggers and speed pourers; baseline knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and a willingness to learn about Greek food, wines, beer, and spirits; ability to capably manage a high volume service bar; knowledge of Toast POS Systems; working knowledge of steps of service; general familiarity of Classic Cocktails; ability to lift ~30lbs
