Position: BARTENDER job
About: Hard Rock, a renowned entertainment and dining company, is seeking a Beverage Server/Barback. As a Bartender at Hard Rock, you’ll make drinks to spec recipe, demonstrate responsible alcohol service, properly check IDs for guests who appear to be under 30 years old, stock liquor, beer, wine, and glassware throughout the shift, maintain proper product pars through bar pulls and inventories, and properly label, date, cover, and refrigerate prepped items for the bar. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bartending or beverage service preferred; strong knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service; ability to check IDs and maintain inventory; attentive to detail and organization
