Position: Bartender job
About: Hampton Inn Louisville Downtown, a part of Highgate Hotels, is seeking a Bartender to join their team. Highgate Hotels is a premier real estate investment and hospitality management company with a strong presence in major U.S. gateway markets and a growing portfolio globally. The Bartender will be responsible for setting up the bar area, mixing drinks, and ensuring excellent service and inventory control.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; flexible and long hours sometimes required; ability to stand during entire shift; effective communication skills, both verbal and written; multitasking and prioritization abilities; problem-solving skills; willingness to cross-train in other hotel-related areas; maintain confidentiality and show initiative in addressing guest needs.
