About: The Capital Grille is seeking to hire a Beverage Server/Barback/Banquet Attendant to provide exceptional guest services in the bar area, mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, assisting guests with menu choices, and maintaining a stocked and clean bar environment while adhering to company standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; ability to provide genuine hospitality and exceptional guest service; adherence to company standards for serving beverages
