About: Now Open! The restaurant features two dueling pizza ovens, two floors, two bars, and amazing outdoor seating, located at 300 Oxford Rd in Oxford at the Quarry Walk. The concept features a wide range of pizzas with a hybrid of New Haven & Neapolitan dough, offering traditional and modern ingredients on the food and beverage menu. We are looking for a rockstar mixologist who can craft amazing drinks, light up the room with their personality, and provide exceptional service for our guests.
Requirements: Credit card processing machines; cash registers; carbonated beverage dispenser (draught foam control devices, electronic beer line maintenance equipment, refrigerated liquid recirculation equipment, soda dispensers); cocktail shakers or accessories (3-piece and 4-piece cocktail shakers, pour spouts, spirit measures); commercial use: blenders, graters, cutlery, dishwashers, juicers, mixers, strainers (4-prong strainers, cocktail strainers, Hawthorn strainers, julep strainers); non-carbonated beverage dispenser; notebook computers; point-of-sale receipt printers; point-of-sale terminals and workstations; touch screen monitors; point-of-sale software
