About: Benihana is a restaurant located at 21327 Hawthorne Blvd, seeking a Beverage Server/Barback. As a Bartender at Benihana, you will be responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately preparing and responsibly serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. You will follow standard recipes, mix ingredients, prepare cocktails and other drinks, offer and serve food items to guests, collect payment for drinks served, and maintain the bar area clean, sanitary, and organized. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
