Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations; ability to greet guests courteously and take orders efficiently; proficiency in mixing and presenting drinks following standard recipes; cash handling skills and attention to detail in recording charges and making change; understanding of safety and health standards for general cleaning tasks; willingness to perform various bar-related duties as assigned
