Position: BARTENDER job
About: Hard Rock is currently hiring for the position of Beverage Server/Barback in their dynamic establishment. As a Bartender at Hard Rock, responsibilities include making drinks to spec recipe, demonstrating responsible alcohol service, checking IDs for guests who appear to be under 30 years old, stocking liquor, beer, wine, and glassware, maintaining proper product pars, and labeling and refrigerating prepped items for the bar.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service; ability to properly check identification; skilled in inventory management and stocking procedures
