Position: Bartender job
About: Doubletree by Hilton is seeking a dedicated Bartender to ensure guests are served in a timely and professional manner that consistently meets or exceeds the hotel’s standards. The Bartender will play a crucial role in maintaining the bar area, serving guests, handling payment transactions accurately, and upholding the brand’s culture and policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year prior food and beverage service experience; meet state age requirements to serve alcohol; knowledge of food health codes; familiarity with beer, wine, liquor, and common beverages; basic food preparation knowledge; ability to lift up to 30 pounds; stand for long periods; proficiently handle guest complaints; work effectively with all departments; flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and late nights; maintain a professional appearance; multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment; passionate about providing excellent customer service experience
