About: Desperados, located in the vibrant Distillery District, is looking for responsible and hard-working individuals with great attitudes to join our thriving bartending team. We value excitement for learning new mixology techniques, expanding tequila and mezcal knowledge, and the ability to take direction in delivering exceptional customer service and craft cocktails.
Requirements: Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and classic cocktails; strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, with a focus on tequila and mezcal; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to handle unruly patrons calmly; familiarity with cash register software; completion of mixology or related training preferred; advanced bartending skills; minimum one year related experience; prolonged standing and drink preparation; quick and accurate order completion; ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely; must be of legal drinking age
