About: Ruth’s Chris Steak House located at 3633 Veterans Blvd is seeking a Beverage Server/Barback to join their team. As a Bartender at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, you will be responsible for crafting excellent alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for Guests, preparing the bar for service, ensuring compliance with state/local liquor laws, providing friendly and prompt service, focusing on guest satisfaction, and assisting other Front-of-House positions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; excellent knowledge of beverages and cocktails; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adhere to liquor laws and handle fast-paced environments
