Position: Bartender job
About: Racine Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Bartender who is eager to learn and grow within our team. After completing your bartender training, you will have the opportunity to cross-train as a Server and Beverage Cart Attendant, expanding your skills and providing versatility in our service offerings. Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; previous experience working in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and friendly attitude; excellent communication and customer service skills; 18 years or older for alcohol service required; willingness to learn and be cross-trained in different roles, including serving and beverage cart duties; ability to lift and carry trays, bottles, and other bar equipment; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude; must be willing to obtain a bartender’s license and be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
