About: Sagamore Spirit, a contemporary premium American Rye Whiskey proudly produced in Maryland (Baltimore), part of the Disaronno International portfolio managed by ILLVA Holding group. They craft handmade rye whiskey cocktails at Sagamore Distillery’s Cocktail Bar, ensuring services meet set standards. Bartenders maintain guest relations, staff events, craft cocktails, and assist with bar program projects like feature cocktails and product productions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; One year of experience bartending; Availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to operate store systems accurately, move throughout the store and in between floors, and lift 30+ pounds; Willingness to work a flexible schedule due to business needs; Must be able to travel regionally if necessary; Exceptional team player with excellent interpersonal skills
