Benefits may vary by position, so inquire for details. This Bartender position is located at Greensboro Airport F&B with an advertised compensation of $4.25 to $4.42. The Bartender is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing cocktails and other drinks, serving beverages, and managing transactions while ensuring the highest quality service. This non-exempt position typically reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager based on local requirements. Essential functions include greeting customers, following recipes, operating cash registers, enforcing alcohol awareness procedures, maintaining bar cleanliness, and complying with safety and sanitation policies. Minimum qualifications include meeting the minimum age for serving alcohol, 1 year of bartending experience, knowledge of beverages, and the ability to interact in a friendly manner. Cash handling and customer service experience are preferred.
Requirements: Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages; requires at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience, work experience in high volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environment preferred; requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation, staying updated on new recipes; demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner; must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; cash handling and customer service experience preferred; frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
