About: The Capital Grille, located at 230 Tresser Blvd, is seeking a dedicated Beverage Server / Barback / Banquet Attendant to join their team. As a Bartender at The Capital Grille, the ideal candidate will demonstrate genuine hospitality and provide exceptional guest services in the bar area, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, assisting guests with menu choices, ensuring a well-stocked and clean bar, and following company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bartending or a similar role preferred; knowledge of mixing drinks and bar operations; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
