Requirements: Age requirement of 18 years; Must be legally eligible for employment in the United States; A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience; Open availability to work any day or night, including weekend events and holidays; A valid TABC license and Food Managers certification is required; Knowledge of TABC Laws and Health codes; On-call Shift- Must be able to come in when called in; Basic math and cash-handling skills are required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential; Ability to adapt to varied work schedules and hours based on business needs; Physical capability to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 lbs, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods
Benefits: Bonus and pay increase after 90 days, Bonus based on performance, Employee discounts, Part-time shifts available, ranging from 1 to 3 shifts per week, with potential day shifts required, Day Shift Hours: 10:30 am – 6:30 pm / Weekend Events as early as 6 am/7 am to 4:30 pm, Night Shift Hours: Sunday through Wednesday 6 pm to 12:30 pm / Thursday through Saturday 5:30 pm/6 pm to 3 am, Weekend Events as early as 4 pm to 3 am
