About: DBMC Restaurants, LLC dba Walk On’s Sports Bistreaux is seeking a professional, high-energy Bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to customers. Walk On’s Sports Bistreaux offers a gameday atmosphere with a taste of Louisiana, emphasizing team camaraderie and a passion for food and fun.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Be of legal age to serve alcohol; Fluent in English; Full-time availability on Friday/Saturday/Sunday preferred; Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of work location; Perform simple mathematical calculations and handle money; Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; Able to remain stationary for long periods; Ability to lift up to 50lbs; Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment; Effective communication with guests; Knowledge of company bar standards; Ability to work as a team; Must be customer-sensitive and possess a sense of timing; Enthusiastic and convincing salesperson; Organized and able to think and act quickly; Integrity and honesty in all aspects of employment; Observant and responsive to guests’ needs; Familiarity with local and state laws as they pertain to bartending and alcohol awareness
