Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar or hospitality environment; Knowledge of preparing and serving mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages; Ability to handle customer payments and maintain a clean work area; Familiarity with state and company regulations on alcohol service; Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
