Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; legal age to serve alcoholic beverages as per local laws; flexible schedule and ability to stand for the entire shift; previous bartending experience helpful; effective communication skills with employees and guests; multitasking and problem-solving abilities; attendance at required meetings and trainings; compliance with hotel standards and regulations; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; proactive in anticipating guest or operational needs
