About: Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL is seeking experienced full- and part-time bartenders to join the Food and Beverage Team in the Main Clubhouse. The Clubhouse houses The Highland Grille, an upscale casual dining room, and the Tartan Lounge, an elegant bar, offering a dynamic and high-quality dining experience to members and guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bartending or food and beverage service; flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb step stools, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods; capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment; knowledge of beer and spirits
