Position: Bartender job
About: Desperados is a vibrant establishment located in the Distillery District, seeking responsible and hard-working individuals with great attitudes to join their bartending team. The team values excitement for learning new mixology techniques, expanding tequila and mezcal knowledge, and the ability to follow directions effectively.
Requirements: Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service including classic cocktails; strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine with a major focus on tequila and mezcal; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to remain calm when dealing with unruly and argumentative patrons; ability to learn and operate cash register software. Completion of mixology, barkeeping, or other related training preferred; advanced bartending skills and abilities; minimum of one year related experience.
