Position: Bartender job
About: The Capital Grille, located at 2100 NW Expressway, is seeking a Beverage Server / Barback / Banquet Attendant to join their team. As a Bartender at The Capital Grille, the successful candidate will demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest services in the bar area by mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Responsibilities also include helping guests choose menu items, taking orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, keeping the bar stocked and clean, and adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bartending or a related role preferred; strong knowledge of different types of drinks; exceptional customer service and communication skills; ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area
