Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D; Minimum of 3 years high-profile service operation working in the bartending service; Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant & Bar, or Banquet service in a club, hotel; Knowledge of various types of wine, beer, mixed drinks, proper service methods, glassware, and pouring procedures; Superior member service skills and ability to maintain poise under pressure; Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Minimum Age 21
